While 2023 wasn’t the most competitive of years, the best homes were still receiving multiple offers. Not a problem for my clients—I know how to make us stand apart from the bunch while minimizing risk to my buyer.

While waiving inspections is one sure fire way to entice a seller, it comes with a risk that I never recommend my buyers assume. There are plenty of other ways that I help my offers stand out from the bunch without sacrificing my client’s precious protections.

Whether you’re a first time buyer with limited funds or someone in search of a high end forever home, I got you! I’m well versed in all price tiers and every client receives the same top-notch care and attention that they deserve.

PERCENTAGE CLIENTS FROM REFERRALS

I don’t pay for online leads or lead generating services. Instead, I invest those dollars into my community and resources for my clients. This means that I rely on happy clients to spread the word—and I work diligently to make sure it stays that way!

I put a LOT of extra leg work in to help my buyers get their offers accepted. In fact, 30% of my buyers did NOT offer the highest price, but strategy and fierce advocacy got them into their dream homes.
