Tour Trackers
When we plan tours in advance, I map everything out for you in an app that provides our tour schedule, driving directions, and property details. Both you and I can share notes on each home to help you keep track of our observations.

CMA Analysis
When you find a home you’d like to write an offer on, I create a CMA to help us understand home values in the area based on recent sales. I go into this program and make notes and adjustments based on the similarities and differences of eah property so that you can make an informed decision with your offer based on facts rather than emotions.

Offer Strategy
In a fast-moving competitive market like Portland, multiple offers scenarios are common. If you fall in love with a home that has a lot of competition, I’m here to help you craft the most competative offer you are comfortable writing. I wrote this guide to explain ALL the ways you can make your offer stand out and what type of risk each one entails. This is not something I share publicly due to the proprietary nature of the content—buyers receive it prior to writing their first offer.

Escrow Workflows
Once you have an accepted offer, the escrow process can be a confusing and stressful time for buyers with all the fast moving parts and pieces. I created a system of emails to educate my buyers and provide resources so that you always know what you should be focusing on at every point in the process.
