“The house sits in a super convenient location as far as getting around goes. Being just 5 blocks north of Sandy makes it easy to zip across the east side or hop onto I-84 for longer commutes.

The neighborhood is more walkable than I originally realized, and has grown a lot in recent years. There’s multiple grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance, and I love having spontaneous hangouts with friends at nearby spots like Pete’s and High-Top Tavern. Beaumont Village and the Hollywood District are nearby and have so many fun things to do and great restaurants to try.”
